Services Provided: Conducted a market study and also a buy/lease analysis for the SFC’s new expanded facilities. After a thorough market search/study, given the telecommunication and technology requirements of a stock exchange, a short list of options was derived. A discounted cash flow and sensitivity analysis was performed on the basis of lease or buy scenarios. Negotiations were conducted in parallel with two landlords to assure the best possible deal for SFC.
